The aim of the project: to decrease a level of habitual criminality and increase a level of legal knowledge of prisoners in Volyn region by giving them individual legal consultations, editing Reference Book of a Prisoner, and by improving professional work of employers in Volyn Administration of Enforcement of Sentences State Department.
