Roundtable on the theme: «Agreement between Ukraine and EU on visa facilitation and readmission: Achievements and implications».
January 21, 2010 at 11.00 hours at the press club Volyn Youth Rights Protection Association Volyn held a roundtable on the theme: «Agreement between Ukraine and EU on visa facilitation and readmission: Achievements and implications».
Among the issues discussed at the event were:
1. Agreement on visa facilitation between the EU and Ukraine and the Agreement between Ukraine and the European Community on the readmission of persons: 2 years of achievements and obstacles
2. Role of the Consulate General of Poland in carrying out and implementing the relevant agreements. Regulation on local border traffic between Poland and Ukrain
3. Experience of cooperation of the Rivne Regional Council and Rivne Regional State Administration of Poland.
4. Role of the State Border Service in terms of the Agreement on local border traffic between Poland and Ukraine.
Also during the round table was presented to the booklet: "Poland is closer. Read and go." In the booklet entered information about visa rules, terms and consideration of the application fee for the application of visa that is multiple entry visas, as well as information about the rules of local border traffic between Poland and Ukraine. This booklet will be distributed among applicants for visas, local governments and public authorities.
